Since 1992 Sam Nilsen, owner of Nilscraft Contruction, has called Calaveras County "home". Along side his wife, two kids and search dog, Sutter, Sam enjoys life. When he is not wearing his tool belt, Sam can be heard drumming for the band Tour Guides, volunteering for Calaveras County Search & Rescue or skiing the slopes. Sam and his faithful dog Sutter are often spotted at the beautiful Bear Valley Mountain. Sam has been a professional ski patroller for 15 years.
